About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is deeply interested in mental health, self-discovery, and journaling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating engaging content and has a natural instinct for what resonates on social platforms.
What You'll Do
- Manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content that resonates with our community interested in mental health and personal growth
- Build and nurture a supportive community around mental wellness and journaling
- Increase awareness about Aksha and our mission to make mental wellness accessible
- Develop content strategies that align with our values of self-discovery and emotional growth
- Monitor and analyze social media performance
- Collaborate with the team to align content with business goals
- Report on social media metrics and KPIs
Who You Are
- Passionate about mental health, self-discovery, and journaling
- Thrives on creating engaging content and has a natural instinct for what resonates on social platforms
- Experienced in managing multiple social media platforms
- Creative and able to develop content that resonates with our community
- Committed to building awareness and creating a supportive community
- Comfortable on Instagram and TikTok/BookTok, with awareness of trends and best practices
- You care how the message feels and lands, not just how often it appears
